Description
Hi everyone
We need a Flash animator with Illustrator skills to take a logo and animate it. The logo has been built in Adobe Illustrator and shows trees, a field, a sun, water, grass. All objects are fairly simple in shape and '2d' in look. It also contains two words of drawn text.
The successful Flash animator will be required to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) for this work.

We require an animator to:
- animate the component parts of the logo with everything 'coming together' and 'growing/moving' into place
- have a couple of components in the logo animate in a loop after everything has 'come together'
The animation sequence must give the impression of all the components of the logo 'growing' into place. No 'fade' effects should be used.
Ideally we start with a white background with no logo elements in place. The sky will grow to fill its 'final' space, the sun will come from the bottom of the sky to its final position in the top of the sky. The hills will then 'grow' (perhaps from left to right?) into place and then the lines of grass will 'spring' out of the hills into place. The bushes and trees will then grow out of the hills into place while the lake water 'pours' into place including the reflections and water ripple.
Finally these components are surrounded by the black frame. Then the text (starting very small) grows into place, one letter at a time from the top left across to the right and then bottom left across to the right.
We estimate this sequence will take 3 to 5 seconds in total - just long enough to get attention.
After this sequence has been completed the logo must stay in place. We want the trees to gently 'blow' in the wind and the ripple on the water to gently move.
The overall impact of the 'grow' sequence must be smooth and the looping animation of the trees and water ripple must be subtle, but noticable. Again, no fade in/fade out effects please.
It may look better if the black frame is at the start of the sequence instead but it should not simply 'appear' or 'fade' in but should 'grow/move' into place. We'll let the animator decide the best course of action for this.
