Here is what I need:

In the above example, the graphics are plain, and I need specific ways the globe is to rotate. Let’s start with the graphics:

1) The background (stage) needs to be a parameter I can change to set the color….#FFFFFF is the default
2) The ocean water can be solid blue – no big deal
3) The land masses and continents need to be more of a topographical image, which will change color when hovered over
4) I need the following to be clickable
a. North America
b. Central America & Caribbean
c. South America
d. Europe
e. Africa
f. Asia
g. Oceania
5) When an area is clicked on, the URL it goes to should be a parameter I can change.
6) When the flash loads, it should display some cool “loading” preview
7) After it loads, the Earth should automatically start to rotate (slowly)
a. Rotate speed should be a parameter I can change
8) Rotation should stop when mouse is over the stage
9) User should be able to “drag” the globe’s rotation either way (left or right)
10) Any other cool effects you can think of. (please make any suggestions)

We can deliver the globe in 7 working days, but you have to be more specific regarding the graphics. Do you want vector images (cartoon like), or some bitmaps there on the rotating globe?. If youn are going for the bitmaps you should be aware of the size of that globe, because if it is going to change (you'll use it in another project, at other dimenssions let's say), the quality will drop.
