Description
We are looking for a Professional Programmer dedicated to customer service to fix a couple bugs in the backend of our website ASAP as described below:

Our entire website is run from a CMS panel in the backend. We have a contact manager that utilizes a mysql database. We store our customers information in this database. It is designed to allow us to set up groups to divide up our customers. From there we set up email campaigns to send out to a specific group on a specific schedule. We have custom templates to choose from when setting up an email campaign. Typical contact manager.

Bug #1: When we do a search for a particular group of customers, our database will show the results for the first 50 on the first page. If we want to see the next 50 and we click next it doesn't sort the next 50 in the group and display them as designed, but defaults back to the entire database.

Bug #2: For some reason some of the data is being populated in the wrong fields. For example: the zip code is in the first name the first name is in the city. This is happening in certain catagories and not in others.

We use FCK wysiwyg editors in the backend.

Problem: The editors double space if you hit the return key. There are times we don't want double spacing so we want it set for single spacing. We can change the spacing by going into the html code but that takes too much time. The wysiwyg editor I am using here on get a coder single spaces when I hit the return key.

Also, the editors have a bug: when you type words like can't & don't you get this result don///'t can///'t. and everytime you view the editor it adds another //. It was suppose to be corrected by another programmer and it came back.

The problems described above are typical maintance issues everyone who has a CMS backend deals with. I know that this is a faily simple project buy most can't get this fixed right the first time.

I want these bugs fixed correctly and in a timely manner. No Excuses. If you aren't a pro don't bid. I don't want to hear later that something that needs corrected is not in the SOW. I am tired of dealing with want-a-be programmers.

We have a very large backend to our website, 3 seperate sections. There are some other coding issues that we need to have corrected. But before we talk about those, you must prove you can fix these first. It will give us a chance to test your coding skills, your customer relationship skills and most importantly if you can deliver timely. I use Yahoo IM for communications.

This is a small project. If you need money upfront don't bid. When we find the pro, we will award this project immediately. We won't wait for this auction to end.
