I AM POSTING THIS AGAIN HOPEFULLY TO FIND GOOD ONE TO DO IT.

I want a site similar to 43 places but with some modifications. The best way to do this is if you have already coded a social network and you use it as a start.
The site must be *super easy to use* and *fast* which means that ajax is a must. The design must me simple and web 2.0 but simple.
The site will be multilanguage and the language files will be stored separately. The user can choose which language to use, but a default language is selected acording to the users selected browser language.
The user can add different pins to a Google Map by category: ie. Parties, Events, Restaurant, Places. All the items have a title, description, photos, etc. Events can have a date. Ranking system, All the pins (places and events) can have comments, photos, videos. Search feature. I want to go/I went display.
In the main page it-s displayed the close up of the users location with all the pins.
Users can comment items and have a little profile along with their comments, the places they have been and where they want to go and their friends inside the site. Users can send themselves private messages.
Events code to be embebed into any web page/blog/forum.
SEO.
Pages are optimized for the places and events keywords.
Invites.
Users can invite their friends to see the site /gmail, yahoo, hotmail address scrapper/
ADVERTISING
A clone of the Facebooks advertising system.
Users can advertise their places and events by certain time in the agenda.
Ads can be targeted by language and location. The places are shown more predominantely if they pay a certain ammount. Users can pay via paypal and other payment systems.
Track impression & clicks, Ads display set-up, detailed reporting tools, suspend/modify/delete ads, HTML Code generator, IP tracking for security and Accurate CTR and CPM.
ADMINISTRATION
Users administration, users can be banned/reported. Places can be deleted, offensive word list.
