Description
I need someone to construct foreign language educational software for me. It will be made in three parts. 1) database where user inputs various data. 2) game utility program which selects and modifies the size of the data file for the game, selects the game, and sets the game options. 3) game. As I want to periodically create new games which also utilize the database program and game utility program, it is important that I work with someone I can establish and cultivate a good, ongoing, professional relationship. My background is in health, education, and motivation. Initially, I expect a dialogue between us concerning the best approach to the following programs, time of completion, compatibility with future programs, etc. I prefer working with Flash but I am open to other languages if this is best.
