Description
Hi! I am looking for a programmer who can create the code for an HTML email based on the finalized design quickly and efficiently.

You will need to follow strict branding and formatting guidelines which include exact pixel spacing in margins and HTML styles as well as coding the HTML to the specifications to fit into Outlook and Entourage (see attached PDF for applicable branding guidelines and a rough design).

The email will be used for a co-marketing lead generation campaign in the US. The email is roughly 740 px wide and approximately 1000 px long. I will supply designs in various formats (pdf, photoshop, jpg) and all images from the email will be cut up. I can easily supply color codes, text styles and anything else that is required. There will be approximately 2 days turnaround for this project.

When responding, please submit other emails that you have created as URLs or images.

*NOTE: I would like you to set up a demo so that I can check the email for formatting, spacing and content.
