Design & Create Fashion E- Mails for Marketing
Im looking for some with a proven track record on this site, with positive feed backs. Ideally no companies, but an individual!
The project is to completely take care of the e marketing mails campaign for our costume jewellery site.: janeojewelsdotcom
You should have excellent Photoshop and template design skills for web, fast loading (ensuring pictures are re sized to pixels which are fast loading) pictures look extremely natural and in focus/ sharp, and overall a excellent aesthetic judgement to make template look attractive and bold. YOU should be a true designer with excellent technical skills and understand designing for web is VERY different to designing a template for a brochure!
We will give you content and ideas, but you will do all the HTML design and content script for the marketing mails.
You will load them on the software for sending the marketing mails, which is constant contact. (there are many software for sending Spam free marketing mails on market, we use constantcontactdotcom).
Strict schedule of deleievry., you will guarantee timely delivery or you will agree to pay a penalty.
Basically the work involves,
1) initially finding a suitable style for the company marketing mails… once this style is agreed, we wil use thsi continuously , i.e same font , similar lay out, etc, so there is a IDENTITY associated with the marketing mails, i.e recipients can make out that they are a janeo style.
2) Marketing mail idea such as these: these are the styles we like.
See attached zipped file: it has 3- 4 marketing mails form a fashion on line retailer, NETAPOTER, all emails have a similar style/ handwriting, but all are completely different.
We want a designer to work with us achieving this same look , and we will renew a new project each month with the same designer. The idea is to give you a new project each month via this site.
3) SKILLS:
You must be excellent at Photoshop and designing web templates for sending via web.. quick loading , without bugs etc.
You will enhance and re edit picture we provide.
You will produce professional looking templates with a distinct handwriting, a janeo style!
You will understand how to use constant contact, and upload via this soft wear , ready for sending.
Fully HTML skills etc.

On top of this: the person I’m looking for is someone with MATURITY AND SELF INITIATIVE.
We want a to outsource this project to you, and want minimal interaction, apart from discussion about content and look, but rest you need to take care of.
Ideally I’m looking for a person who will suggest TO US EACH WEEK WHAT PRODUCTS WE SHOULD BE MARKETING FORM OUR SITE, etc base don current vogue or event it coincides with.
What I’m NOT looking for:
1) Some one who has to be constantly prompted, chased to finish work etc.
2) Some open unable to use imitative.
3) Some one who’s a starter( not that a problem) and needs total guidance.. I have NO time for this.
4) if you don’t understand what I want after reading this mail and particularly after looking at attached example, the you are NOT suitable for us!
5) IF you not committed and not a perfectionist, don’t apply! Shoddy quick work will not do, templates will be re worked and re worked until we are happy! You should wantto feel proud of your work.
