Description
PROJECT BRIEF
Create a database driven site with services graphically displayed on a map.
The theme is adult related however nothing graphic will be displayed on the site at all.
WORK MUST BE OF HIGH QUALITY AND CODE MUST BE CLEAN AND SIMPLE AND FILLED WITH COMMENTS SO THAT THINGS ARE EASY FOR US TO UNDERSTAND AFTER COMPLETION OF THE PROJECT.
TEMPLATES MUST BE USED AT ALL TIMES.
AND PLEASE REMEMBER NO IDEAS ARE STATIC, WE ARE OPEN TO SUGGESTIONS FROM YOU! WE HOPE TO WORK WITH YOU AND CREATE A SOUND, SOLID, AND SLEEK PRODUCT.
The site will list only specific companies/services that will then be displayed on the map. Admin must be able to edit EVERYTHING, from category services to Images, to images icons of categories. Absolute power must reign for the admin.
*There will be 3 types of users:
1) Free unregistered punters, who search for services.
2) Service providers who will register and advertise on the site for a fee.
3) Premium level service providers who will pay a little more and
get a gold outline on their map point near their name.
*The site will be a graphical map display plotting precise locations or general locations of the service providers using Google Maps API.
*There are set \"SERVICES\" that can be searched for, and there are visitors that can search for free.
Services/companies can register with the site, and pinpoint a general location or a precise location.
*Each service/company category will have a different coloured pointer.
* Services can be submitted by either by registered users or by registered service providers.
* A Feature for users to leave reviews on services must be enabled.
* Users must be able to search for a particular service in a particular AREA or general area, just as google maps works.
* A Forum must be created, and sub forums for each region of the world.
DESIGN
Take a look at www.welovelocal. com . It is a very clean simple yet glossy and attractive design.
The concept of my project is very much the same to welovelocal.com, - however our project will be based entirely on the Adult Industry. Saying that, the design of the site will not have a seedy or trashy look to it. It will need to look, clean, yet sophisticated and slightly sexy at the same time.
FEATURES
1 - Build the database and categories of service structure - and link to Google map API - include Feature for users to register, and pay.
2 - Easy Payment gateway implementation to accept all major credit cards.
Implementation of Paypal / Google Checkout/ And any other various popular payment methods.
3 - I want many of the features on this site integrated into my site:

For example the ability for registered users to leave comments on any of the services/companies.

6 - Design of the site needs to be TOP quality. Graphics need to be simple yet catching.
7- An Excellent sitemap with good structure which will simply be a textual representation of all the services from the map.
8. Multilingual support in all the MAJOR languages. – Each and every page must be translatable into the following languages. design similar to the top of moneybookers.com
- British English for the UK branch of the site.
- International English for the rest of the site.
- Spanish
- Simplified Chinese for Chinese branch.
- Japanese
- French
- German
- Portuguese
- Possible additions (Arabic, Hindi, Korean, and suggestions welcome.)
AFFILLIATE SYSTEM
Similar to GetACoders.com Affiliate system.
A Simple, clean and effective affiliate system must be implemented.
1. User registers for affiliate account - often same as normal registration account.
2. User gets unique code/referral link.
3. Integrates link and maybe graphic into their own site or marketing strategy.
4. Another potential client comes along, clicks the link is directed to my site, attached with unique code.
5. Goes onto book a subscription.
6. Affiliate account holder earns a percentage of the subscription fee.
NOTES
Security must be top notch, especially dealing with the money transfers.
I will test all code thoroughly before any escrow payment is released. It needs to be bug free and built to specifications.

The entire project must be created in such a way that it is duplicate able, as there will be various sub sites for each region of the world, for which the main site will need to be integrated with. So duplication needs to be simple.
Along with the site, you must provide documentation on completion giving us instructions on how we would go about duplicating the site for different themed projects of a similar format. Including explanations on working with databases, secure and safe backup of all information/DB’s etc etc.
