Description
Starting two dating sites, one called gocolorblind.com and the other is undecided, that will be strictly supported by ad revenue. We would like to find a programmer that can design the first script, then make slight alterations to create the second you. In essence, we want the same website look with content change to create a new site. All fair and reasonable offers are appreciated.
We will need the following features:
MOST IMPORTANTLY: VAST ADMIN FUNCTIONS ALLOWING US TO MANAGE THE SITE WITHOUT PROGRAMMING KNOWLEDGE.
§ A zipcode search
§ Block user feature
§ Web chat/ web im
§ Event feature allowing user to add/check events
§ Groups feature allowing users to add/contact groups
§ Email note notification system
§ Admin feature allowing us to add/change guest columnist on main page
§ An admin feature that allows us to place banners over specific areas, pages, or sections of the site that cater to specific members/genders.
For example, a male member browsing ads may see a 480 x 60 banner for ringtones at the top of the page while a female member will see an ad for the gap. We have identified where most of the banners will be, and will need you to add more locations for banners as we go along. This admin function should be as easy as inserting the html text for a banner into banner entry fields. The admin function should tell us where each banner is positioned..i.e. the men’ advance search page, main page, or help page, size 480 x 60, top of the page, etc, etc, etc.
§ An admin function that allows us to add/remove two youtube movies on the front page periodically including a comments section for logged in members.
An advanced search (the options will be sent in a .doc file)
§ A group feature that allows members to add their groups to the list. Groups will be organized by state. Member photos should appear in the body of the page when a particular group has been selected (pics of the members belonging to our site AND the group, who have claimed membership to that group. We’ll need a feature allowing members to select groups they belong to by name.
§ A flash animation at the upper right corner of the homepage, displaying a few lines of poetry at a time. The heading, and title of the poem should be above the poem, and we will need an admin function enabling us to chance the poem/poet periodically.
In a few months, we will need you to add a gift shop to the site.
