Description
I Must first say that all i need is a BID. I DO NOT have the Money yet to pay for it.
I am looking for someone to make me a custom PTC script , and you must have good experience and a way to communicate with me all the time.
ALL I NEED IS A BID!
Here is what i need.

1. Would like to have a way to Find out who is using Auto-clicking software!( need a way to find out who is using auto clickers, also when a autocliker is used, a message or e-mail is sent to me with all the statistics, EG. Username, date, time, and ip)
2. Have in the order from their username so you know who bought referrals.
3. Be able to back up database ( usernames, Current Stats, # of referrals..ect) ( from Admin Area, In downloadbale excel Format)
4. When Viewing Members, I would also like to have it to where there is a Previous Page and not only a next page.
5. Be able to add any payment processor that is accepted through admin area.( Mainly STP and Alertpay).
6. Need to be able to sell upgrades for monthly, yearly, Also, need them to be able to expire automatically.
7. Be able to sell banner ads that can be added through admin area. also be able to sell links. If possible member can see their stats.
8. Be able to edit all pages through admin. template like.
9. When purchasing an ad, the customer is automatically directed to the payment processor that they select to pay through. If they don't pay for the ad, then the ad will not show up in admin area. same with people buying referrals.
10. After you make a cashout Request.. your balance should be deducted by the amount that you requested instantly, instead of it being the same.( it should go to history or some other thing and not remain in the main balance)
11. Be able to manually add an ad in admin area to either regular or premium listing and list how many days its good for and how many hits are to be assigned to it.
12. Vacation Mode ( cant click or buy in vacation mode and will not earn from refs clicks)( needs to be editable from admin area)
13. If you don't click then you don't get credit from your downline.
14* NEW (1. Have in admin where you can select how many days before inactive people are deleted) 15 days before they are inactive.( This will not affect vacation mode) This can also be done automatically.. but would like to do it Manually.
15* Have it to where i can exempt any member from being deleted.
16* Be able to optimize and even repair database through admin area.
17* NEW (place to add banned ip addresses, emails and names so they can't join again if deleted. From Admin Area)
19.* I would also like to know If a free member clicks on a Premuim ad, i need to make sure he does not get credited for it.( Anotherwords they are cheating)
20.* When a person Signs up for the site, I would like to have a e-mail sent to me Telling me the following ( Username, IP, ID #,What country, and what reffer( if any) are they joining under)
21* A Way to manually update Stats, Incase something should happen!
22* A Cheat Link,(only visable to bots and auto-clickers) that when clicked Will notify me( as soon as i get a mailer) of ( Username, ID, and IP and date and time) ( the Cheat link wil not be shown on the outside of the site)
23* Would like to have a Multi-Delete members option.
24* Faq's and Terms can be edited threw the admin area.
25.* Would like to make a rental System.. Example (Member # 1 Rents 25 refferals for 1 month, after the one month is over , the 25 ref's go back into the pot) ( Make a rental balance in members area Under the "My Stats" area, that you can fund via AP ONLY or STP only.)
26* Referral Replacement system.. Will cost $0.10 ( Deducted from main balance) per referral.( Then replaced)( But price is editable threw admin area)
27 * Would like a really nice Theme.
28 * Would also like it to where you can buy Premium Ref's as an option.( All editable threw admin area)( Also in queue)( See #29)
29* Why is it taking what seems like forever to get my referrals?
A. We're trying something Different. We are preselling the referrals in queue so that as soon as a set becomes available it goes to the next member in queue.( this will not affect direct referrals). What does this do by doing it this way? Well you can be sure your referrals are super fresh this way. If you make an order we then collect the referrals as they join for you and do not give you old stale referrals. If you think about this would you rather be paying for old stale referrals, or would you rather wait for fresh joins to get your order delivered? Don't panic about your order. As your package becomes available it will be delivered. We see all orders.( Make queue).
30* Referrals will not be instant, only Direct ref's will be instant.

This one is REALLY IMPORTANT, but for every time Someone Logs in i would like to have a Record kept of what the username is and what time and date and what ip was used. For each time someone signs up ( Not signs in)to the site a separate text file or excel file is made. Example below.( 1 large text or excel file for each person)
1. Username = doodaa,2. Time = 1:32pm,3. Date: = 1/16/2008,4. Ip used for this login = 76.12.316.12, Original Sign up ip = 74.12.345.21
1.username = doodaa, 2. Time = 1:57pm,3. Date: = 1/17/2008, 4. Ip used for this login= 211.22.22.198, Original Sign up ip = 74.12.345.21

32. Referral Stats Graph.( this can come later)
33. History Must show as well.. The following i would like to have shown.( History will show in Members area and can ALL be edited thru admin area)
"# of Ref's bought, Date of Ref's bought, Cost, Method of payment,Upgrade bought, Status" "Status" will either show Pending , or when the transaction is done, it will show Done.
34. Would like to have a news section,(link) where i can put html, Videos, Pictures, and text" ( The "News" Link will be in the members area, and will link to a different section of the script)
35. I DO NOT want a timer on my surf bar, i would like a blue line instead. Would also like it to where i can sell banners and text links on the surf bar, and would also like it to where the member can open the site in a new window while surfing. ( custom timer can be edited in admin area)
36. Would like http://www.captcha.net/ installed.
37. Can not refer yourself.
38. Member will NOT be able to edit Alertpay Or any other Payment Information E-mail address.( Admin is the only one who can threw admin area)
39. Will Need to be able to set prices for both advertising and Renting referals.
40. Will need to have a Purchase Balance, Not just a main Balance, in members area.( the jackpot balance will be added later on)
41. The Admin area is in its own seperate folder.
42. Would like to have Banner Space on the front page for sale.
43. A place where i can upload Payment proofs, also, if payment proof is too big, It will automatically be resized. ( just like i have on my site now)
44.Would like to have a forum to where you can just click within the members area and it automatically logs you in with your Site username. (No need to sign up) and Username is shown on Forum.
45. A messaging System for Premium members only.( Where they can contact their downline) a copy of each message is to come to admin after it is sent.. I would like to know who sent to who and what date.
46. When a Person advertises they will be able to track their advertising Stats. eg (Campaign Name,# of clicks Assigned,Remaining # of clicks, status, and Pause advertisement, and Links( link of the site they are advertising)
47. When a Person advertises his/her site it will not be available for him or her to see. ( Only to see their Advertising Stats)
48. Be able to see Total # of ads, Free members ads, and Premium members ads.
49. Once you have logged out , you will not be able to log back in for 30 min.
50. Site Stats to show on front page. ( editable threw admin are) Must show Total Members, total Paid, and the last day it was updated.
51. When a member goes to request a cashout they will have the option to Request just some or all of the amount that they wish to cash out.
52. When a member is viewing ads it will show like this (http://MYSITENAME.net/view.php?ad=hdh3dficn7aksnner9djja33488dlsnw3 ) and not like this (http://MYSITENAME.net/view.php?ad=1)
