Hello, PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU BID AS I WANT THIS SCRIPT THE WAY I AM DESCRIBING IT TO BE WITH ALL THE FEATURES THAT I AM LISTING HERE TO BE INCLUDED . Ok i did some research of what i wanted was a PHP AUCTION SCRIPT and i would like features i made up, combined into one script if possible..I would like all features similar to that of eBay as well as a (trade me) button where if 2 people wanted to trade items they have listed at auction with each other and a fee would be charged for the use of this feature. also i would an eBay motors type setup included or integrated just like eBay has so people can sell cars, motorcycles, boats , etc...... and i would like that if you are able to do it and you get the job ,THE SOURCE CODE MUST BE MINE AND NOBODY ELSE\'S SO IF YOU DESIGN THIS SCRIPT FOR ME IT MUST BE MINE ALONE I WANT FULL RIGHTS TO THIS SCRIPT .. I DON\'T WANT ANOTHER SITE OUT THERE LIKE MINE ON THE NET UNLESS I CHOOSE TO SELL THE SCRIPTS as i would like this not to be a script that anyone can just acquire on the net, You will not be allowed to use or sell my scripts for other customers . I also would like a feedback import feature included in this script so anyone may bring their feedback scores and rating over to my site from eBay.
I also want in the auction script that if buyers and sellers get suspended they have the option to choose one of the following - 1. pay a reinstatement fee in which i can edit the price at anytime or 2. they can wait for 30 to 90 days to get reinstated. or i can permanently suspend them if they break any rules that justify it. also i would like to offer as a promotion to sign up and at any time i wish to offer free listings or no seller fees (not for all but only for selected sellers that i choose).i would like to offer after so many items are sold by a seller that i can credit their account with money back .and to automatically make a buyer or seller a VIP member after so many items are sold or bought.i would like to have this script to be in the (aj auction pro) style and i would like feature like the (aj auction pro)added to my script so that i will have a one of a kind site. ..... The price you quote for this project is the only price that will be paid unless i add any other features or requests.

Media upload
Sellers can upload upto 9 pictures as well as media file (.wmv/.avi) to accompany their listing. As site admin you can impose a fee for the use of this service.
Custom Listing Fields
Tailor your Auction site to your specific market, add specific custom fields to either all or selected categories.
Vouchers
Offer incentives to new and existing users with our new voucher system. Choose to offer reductions as a percentage or a flat rate.
Stores
Enable your users to open their very own store on your auction site. Each store owner can pick and choose their own categories from the main selection. We are looking for experienced coders to create an auction website through which sellers can post an item with the options of trading their item with another seller/buyer or selling their item for cash. In order for a site of this type to work it is essential that a system of trust and reliability is created among the community. To avoid scams and theft we must require that there would have to be safeguards put in place, for example a $$.00 fee will be automatically collected prior to each successful trade, to ensure that this fee is collected the site will withhold the address of the buyer/seller until the fee is payed in advance. Also, to protect the buyer each item posting must include an "estimated value," if a party to a trade does not receive payment in the form of goods as promised the customer will have recourse to submit a complaint and the party at fault will automatically be billed for the estimated value of the item they failed to ship. also sellers will be required to ship out items they sold in a timely manner (what ever # of days we decide)and charge only a true value for shipping (they must enter a weight and get rates from their shipping provider to avoid over charging the buyer) and provide a tracking number or a $$.00 fee will be imposed on the seller. This imposed fee will lock their account of all selling and buying abilities until said fee paid in full.
Perspective developers will be creating this site from scratch and must be able to include the capabilities described above. This site is to have a fresh, original design and easy-to-use customer friendly interface.
Demo is required no exceptions.... we need to test before buying it. The payment will be made only when we have tested the script in real mode and works to our specifications...
