Hi,
I just started a new Payroll Service company and have 2 full SQL programmers on staff. However i\\\'m in need of over 100 Crystal Reports over the next year and need some of them very soon. our back-end is SQL Server 2008.
I\\\'ve never tried outsourcing before but am willing to give it a try.

I realized after posting my project that it was very broadly defined and it want fair.
I'll upload some PDF samples of the type of reports i'm talking about and maybe even consider breaking up the prject on a few reports at a time.
I really ask you to only post if you have Crystal Reports experiance as well as SQL server

I've been working with Crystal Reports for 12+ years, mostly in the law firm financial systems field. I have a good side knowledge of the payroll process (I've built various interfaces between payroll systems (like Ceridian and ADP) and other financial systems. My particular expertise in Crystal is creating highly flexible reports with parameterized options, so one report can likely provide the functionality of multiples. I also can integrate with a Crystal Viewer product for the desktop and an automated production/scheduling/distribution tool. I'm based out of Orlando FL but have an alternate base in Brooklyn, so I'm available to do a combination of on-site and remote development.
