Description
Project Title:
Cross Issues between QoS Routing Engines and Micro Mobility
Routing Protocols

Description:
The aim of the project is to examine different QoS routing protocols and their interactions with micro-mobility protocols. The basic assumption would be that wireless access networks will be all IP based Taxonomy of the interactions in terms but also architectural and algorithmic solutions will also within the aims of the project. IP micromobility protocols that will be taken into account are the Hierarchical Mobile IP, Proactive Handoff, Fast Handoff, Telecommunication-Enhanced Mobile IP Architecture(TeleMIP), Cellular IP, HAWAII, and Edge Mobility Architecture (EMA). The project will be mainly based on MATLAB.

I have to show in programming the hierarchical mobie IP, I am going to enclose some matlab code that will be easy for understanding

Compounding = 1;
ValuationDate = '01-01-2007';
StartDate = ValuationDate;
EndDates = ['01-01-2008'; '01-01-2009'; '01-01-2010';
'01-01-2011'; '01-01-2012'; '01-01-2013'; '01-01-2014'];
Rates = [.21; .121; .122; .2125; .213; .2113; .2143];
Volatility = [.12; .119; .118; .117; .116; .111; .113];
CurveTerm = [1; 2; 3; 4; 5; 6; 7];
HJMVolSpec = hjmvolspec('Stationary', Volatility , CurveTerm);
RateSpec = intenvset('Compounding', Compounding,...
'ValuationDate', ValuationDate,...
'StartDates', StartDate,...
'EndDates', EndDates,...
'Rates', Rates);

HJMTimeSpec = hjmtimespec(ValuationDate, EndDates, Compounding);
HJMTree = hjmtree(HJMVolSpec, RateSpec, HJMTimeSpec);
treeviewer(HJMTree)

From this code one of the hierarchical mobile ip will be shown and the parent node will be the gateway and the child node will be the anchor points. I have to show the handover on different anchor points or hobs.And the handover will be on inerter area and intra area. After doing the handover I have to show the handover simulation on my project. The parameters of the handover will be like below,

h = 3; % Average number of hobs per HO
lamda = 2; % density of HO
N = 10; % random HO occurances based on lamda
p = 5; % pkt's generated per Handover

poissrnd(lamda,N,1);
for i = 1:N
fprintf ('Hello1 %d\n', i);

At first I gave you the tree code or HMIP. I have one more similar file which will generate the tree almost same but it will be randomly. the codes are below,

function [parents]=branch(ngen, prob_vec)
% Inputs:
% ngen - number of generations to proceed
% prob_vec - vector of probabilities for children. Note
% that the first entry is a probability for 0.
%
% Outputs:
% parents - a random tree in a random order. parents(i) is the index
% number of the parents to the node i.
%

if (nargincum_prob(j)) ...
& (runi<=cum_prob(j+1))));
if (~isempty(jpi))
parents = [parents repmat(jpi, 1, j)];
nkids = nkids+length(jpi)*j;
end
end
value_of_kids = rand(1,nkids)%;

% exit if no individuals left
if (nkids==0)
extinct = 1;
break;
end
end

if (extinct)
fprintf('Extinct in generation %d\n', i);
else
fprintf('Stopped in generation %d\n', ngen);
end

figure(1);
trimtreeplot(parents);

% figure(2);
% newtreeplot(parents);

Actually this is here I have all the information, if you need any other information related this project I need to ask my supervisor. He is so busy that's why I cann't get that much information. I think if you understand until now what I had already explained and then if you do something relevent to this project that would be acceptable, I need the final result as soon as possibe as because I don't have enough time to submit my project. Thank You.
