Description
I have a small website of 9 pages, two of which are 'content managed' pages with dynamic contact forms and customer interactions, written in ASP with a small mdb database. Because of server compatability I'd like the site to be converted to php MySQL.

The job is to simply convert the pages and database, with the result that the site presents and functions the same way as a php site.

The atached zip file contains the entire site. This is somewhat urgent. I'd like a fairly accurate price. You can include a separate price to upload the site to its host.
