Description
This job is to convert this site from Cold Fusion to run instead on PHP5 on mySQL on a linux server. The site is http://www.chipdb.com if you want to click around to see the functionality.
Current host OS is Windows 2003 server. It was written with CF 6, but will play fine with newer versions of CF. Its currently running under CF 8. DB is MSSQL 2000. The images for the chips are not physical files, they are stored as binaries in the database so that people cannot right click to download them. If that changes with PHP, I\'ll also want to put a watermark on the images.
All visitors can search the database of chips. Registered users can also \'collect\' the chips which adds them to a list of chips that they also own. They can also click to add a chip to their wish-list. Of the chips that they \'Own\' they can mark them for sale or trade and name a price. The database tracks when the user came into possession of a chip and when they disposed of it.
Every chip belongs to a casino. So we also track Casino data, most importantly when it opened and closed and what country/state/city it is (was) in.
Check the site out to get a feel for all the functionality that will need to be converted.

It\'s a big plus if you can also make the new site LOOK good. But my first priority is functionality.
