I have a website on my domain www.700keys.com that I would like to be completed. Please go to my website for review and I would like the following task completed below. I can give you a username and password to log in to admin and also as a member for testing. The website is already functioning, however I would like for the following issues to be resolved.

Membership packages: Gold, Silver, Platinum packages managed from admin. Package price based on amount of listings allowed and listing periods of 3 months or 12 months.

I want the option for members to rate other members that they have transacted with. This way if they rented a villa from another member, they can rate their experience of that vacation in such categories as accommodations, location, customer service, price. The rating can be from 1 to 5 stars

When editing a listing, there is no option or add or delete photos. When editing listings, there should definitely be an option for the owner to manage their photos, by uploading more photos or deleting existing photos.

Also in regards to editing properties, when editing an EXCHANGE listing, it automatically goes back to the rental option. And also when you update a listing, all of the amenities that were selected as available, will now show unavailable therefore the member will have to make the selection all over again. Is it possible to keep those selections when editing a listing?

When adding a listing, there is the option to select EXCHANGE or RENT listing type. If the EXCHANGE listing type is selected, then only the option fields required for an exchange is displayed. If RENT is selected, then the option fields for RENT is displayed.

I also noticed that if an image is not uploaded with a listing, it will always show a red X and the title Spring airsoft Guns. There may be times that an owner may not initially uploade images the same time they post a listing, so is it possible to have another image display by defauly? I can send an image that can be used or you can also use the 700keys.com logo.

The updated listing name does show on the listing detail page. However it does NOT show on the properties pages for exchanges. So it seems the problem is only with Exchange listings. You can test it out by changing the name of a listing and then going to the Exchange page. You will see the new name is not displayed, however when you click on the VIEW button you will see the new listing name.

Payment Packages: Paypal is already set up, and I would also like google check out completed.
With the google payment, it will not be processed on the website because this will be processed via email invoice. What I mean is that there should be an option for members to pay via credit card. I guess this will have to be sort of in the form of a contact or email form. I guess for you to get a better understanding how this feature work is to go to google and check out the email invoice option for google checkout. How this feature works is that the customer can either call or email their purchase information. Admin will then manually process an invoice via google, and then google will automatically send that invoice to that customer. The customer will then complete the information on the invoice sent to them to have the payment processed. So then there can be a button or option to allow members to pay via credit card. However when they click on the link, it is not processed on the website. A contact form can display for the member to enter information to send an email to admin. The information provided on that contact form will be the same as on the contact page, however there should be an additional field such as credit package, which refers to the package they wish to purchase.

I already have a google checkout merchant account, and their service is actually better than paypal that is why google is my first option for payment processing. However I definitely also want to have paypal set up on the website.
