Hey
I would like to have a voice chat system like speakychat \"www.speakyweb.com\" and it has to be written in c/c++. and I also need a registration system that is written in php. This is a serious project and any serious coder could make lots of money and keep making money as he/she keep updated the system from hackers.

The system must work with active-x control \"not flash\". the system should also contents the following featurs

1.All communication is secure encrypted
2.Good voice quality with low bandwith
3.Users can publish their webcam and see any other at the same time
4.Rooms can be protected by password
5.internal admin-interface to manage all tasks like usereditor, live-protocol, ban/gag-list
6.Many actions for operators, admins, co-admins, super admins and the highest admin level is Chatmaster : Kick, Mute, Gag, Ban, Camblock, Free Mic, move to room meeting
7.Permissions can be assigned for each user or each admin as desired by the chatmaster
8.Undercover-Mode to stealth a admin as user
9.A user can use icons \"avatars\", pictures and animotions, in the chat
10.hd-serial-protection for ban/gag/mute and for secure admin-login

The php registration system has following features:
Guest and registered user login
Registered users can change the color of its name and icon
5 diffent levels to access the registration system
you can upload icons (faces), selectable for each registered user
can upload animoticons (pictures or animations) usable for the chat, to raise the fun for all users
can see all logins to your site
can ban ip-addresses or ip-ranges
can change the name and count of your rooms without using a html-editor
can force the account-activation per email
can change many options of the voicechat
different layouts (themes) support.
want to be can run onto sites required PHP-files with a MYSQL-database and ftp for uploads icons
