I want to a site that works the same way as this link (the link contains adult content -> http://whatboyswant.com/ )
If you take a look at the site it works by allowing users to post image and videos and then granting them points. Then they can spend those points on any activity they want on the site.
The point system must be editable and changeable. It must also have some group effect where a group member gets more points or less points to spend on activities.
Where these points will be granted and spent will be talked about with the final coder.
The site can use an existing forum software like vbb or smf but then all modification has to be done via the plugin methods. Code must be fully commented and a step by step guide for the installation of the plugins are required.
If the site is custom made then you must be willing to take more work to update the site as needed. The code only needs to have comments you can design the site as you wish.
You will have to install the site.
ALSO please don't replay saying you can do this website. Take your time and replay with proper details on how you are going to do this task and break it down so their is a planning on how to create the site.
ALSO i don't want people to say it will take 2 weeks and have the project done in 4 weeks. Instead be truthful this is better for both of us. I am willing to give time to the person who needs it with a proper breakdown of the above plan. Please include milestones and rough estimated dates of completion.
Take a close look at the above site as its a very good reference on what I want. It works exactly the way with just minor changes required. If you have more question just ask i will reply soon as possible.

****************************Update on major differences on the two sites
Let me also explain a little more on the site it might give you an idea what I want. First the above site has section (eg Babes, Movies) I am looking for that functionally on my site. BTW the car section works exactly like the Movie/Babe section just the layout is different for easy navigation. The Forum they have is an afterthought almost. I don’t like that.
The major differences in the way that site works and the site I want is the way the upload of images and video are taken care of in the forum as well.
For example to upload an image to this site you have to click upload image. If you post in the forum you have to manually go by hand and grant points to the user. Moderators have to visit every post and check.
I want my site to also allow this feature to be part of the forum! For example the Movie forum has a classification that its part of the movies category. Therefore any time someone attaches something in this category it will ask them if this item need be granted points or just a general attachment.
Then the site will upload the attachment to the right location. If it’s a general attachment it will be uploaded to the user’s attachment section otherwise it will be uploaded to the server file holding location waiting for approval by the moderator. When approved it is then created its own page just like the above site. And the link in the forum will redirect the user to that page.
Each image and movie will need to have its own page as well as its own comment section. Take a look at the site above for more details on this.

Each image and movie needs to have its own page on the site. When a user uploads an image to the site and after the moderator approves it. The image would then have its own page. Here the users can rate it, comment on it, create tags for it, and add it to a gallery that it should belong. (At the stage of upload the user can do this them self) If the image was uploaded via a thread it would also point back to the original thread. Each one of these task allow the user to earn points. If the user dose not add it to a gallery it will be added to an unsorted gallery where members can request it to be sorted by voting for them. If x number of people vote the picture to be a car then it’s moved over to that section and 10 people will get points for it. After moderator approves the image a watermark should get added and the picture should be available in the gallery. Till then an image should be pending for approval.
Also just like flickr I want comments to be able to be made on the image itself. Great example: http://flickr.com/photos/ccgd/107274692/
Images are low resolution for normal members (resolution to be used determined later). While only the sponsored members can download the highres images.
Movies will need to be having a download link that subtract points and allow for download. (FLV version of the movies will be added at a later date. So please keep that in mind) Sponsored members should get unlimited download or a % discount based on sponsorship. The video will be downloaded by moderators and validated for its content. Then re-encoded and uploaded along with a screen shot. The new video will take the original video place. And the video will be available to the user at this time. Till then a pending for approval image should been shown.
The original uploader will also have the option to display the users uploads and the favorites. They should also not be charged points for download of their upload.
Also users should be able to create set of the same person and group the images and videos. If a user can string to gather more than x images of a person then points will be allocated for this task. More images and video the better point’s user gets. Even though to view the set will be free for the user that created it they will still have to spend points if the video does not belong to them to view it.
Also hash of the md5 for the original, modified watermarked version, and the highres watermarked version should be kept to check every image and video uploaded against to try to prevent duplication.
The gallery view should be easy to use and browse. It should be filterable with tags, ratings.
****************************Member groups & point system
Sponsored Members must have unlimited access to points while we should also allow another sponsored members group to have a % discount on points.
I can’t tell how many groups their going to be so it’s best to make a system that is flexible with the point system.
Points could work like this:
New image upload 1 point
New video upload 5 points per min
View video 2 points per min
New thread 0.01 point
View Sets of people 5 points
Sponsored member always receive points but never get subtracted. The % sponsors will get a discount let’s say. And normal members stay the same. It’s best if all this should be editable in some kind of table.
Also any content the user creates or uploads or a set of images it should be free for that user to retrive again.
****************************Moderator
Should only be able to work on the section they are given permission for.
They should be able to let user know they are breaking site rules, keep notes of users, have some kind of banning system for abusive users. The standard forum moderator features to control the users.
Above that they can validate images, videos, and group sets for content and grant points to them.
For video they have to download the original video then re-encode it and upload it along with a screen shot. (FLV streaming is not required yet, but will be added to the site at a later date) This video should take over the original video.
Moderator should be allowed to reject any content with a given note that will be sent via pm to the user.
Also all content that have adult material should be tagged and not shown unless register member is viewing them. Registration is free but age verification where the user enters they age has to be in places to prevent minors from entering the site. Also this can be used for searching and filtering content if people don’t want to see some kind of images and video.
If I remember anything else I will update again. I most likely forgot something but should give a good idea what I am looking for. Minor details can be worked out as we go on.
