Description
I am looking for a custom built script similar to topspotscript (http://www.topspotscript.com/) with a few added/modified features.

1. Statistics page showing # of clicks per ad
2. Accept paypal, create an account for payer, have instant payment notification and then redirect payer to a form page to fill out info regarding their ad
3. Have an admin section where I can send edit, modify, delete ads and also administer contests (ie 50,000 registered member (visitors not advertiser) gets $50 gift card or 1,000,000 click gets $50 gift card, etc). If possible, I would like to have a newsletter email list also. I installed simplemailinglist but it would be nice to allow visitors to register and then select whether or not they want to receive newsletters.
4. Have a hall of fame page where visitors can see the name/link of the previous advertisers ordered by $ amount.
5. Create a unique session for each visitor

All coding should be done with php & mysql. I have the layout pretty much done. Just need the backend programming to be done (Paypal, admin section, form, member login).

Ideally, I am looking to have this site fully functioning by the middle of June. Serious & capable coders only. Please PM portfolio and relevant sites that you have worked on to be considered for the project.

If I am expressed with your work, I will have at least 1 other site in the near future.
