I want to clone www.ssrn.com, and add a few features. The website should have the following functions:

1. the authors can post papers
2. count the times of downloads of each paper
3. cross reference of papers posted on the website
4. readers can provide reviews / comments
5. readers can do full text search
6. readers can create their own account to save their favourite papers and link to these papers
7. ranking system for authors, on the base of download times, evaluation of readers
8. ranking system for readers, on the base of number of reviews submitted and on the base of quality of the reviews.

I also need webpage design and logo design. I hope this can be done in 30 days.
