System required for a game server provider in the U.S and UK

System required is similar to the following systems:

Basically the person who purchases a survice they will be automatically given an account on this system. From there they just add there paypal address and members are able to donate.

The system will show what service they have bought and the price of it. Then any one can put in a number of 5-500$ and hit donate and it will direct them to the paypal donate page. The money will then be shown up next to the service they bought and will have who donated. How much they donated and How much needed to meet there current service bill.

The reason behind this system is to allow clan members to make payment directly to us instead of having to send payments to one clan member then to us as this can cause difficulties among the clan. And The person recieving the donation can do anything they want with the money. This donation will go strictly to the things they purchase from my company. Also paypal takes a fee for every donation they send to each other So this system will be easier and have no fee's.
