Description
I am looking for a quote on setting up CiviCRM on Drupal (not Joomla). Please do not respond if you do not have experience with CiviCRM.

I need -
1) I need you to install both Drupal and CiviCRM on my server. I want the database to be fast, because as many as 50 people will use it at the same time. I need you to ensure the data is 100% secure and hack-free. Also, I want the database and Drupal set up with SSL technology, so that when users log in they are logging in over a secure connection.
2) Each contact in CiviCRM already has a notes section when you can write notes. However, it does not support line breaks. So if I have a note in the Notes section that says something like -
\"Dave Goldin works for the YJP.
He does Data Developement.
He is working with OpenXCell to make a database.\"
it changes it to -
\"Dave Goldin works for the YJP.He does Data Developement.He is working with OpenXCell to make a database.\"
I need this to be fixed. We are importing lots of data from CSV sheets which have line breaks, so they must be supported.
3) When you click the Notes tab on a contact, it does not display the full text of all the notes, it only shows the first line of each note and then you need to click \'more...\' to see the rest (see attached image). I want this changed so that it shows the full text.
4) CiviCRM does not allow you to import Tags. I am importing data from CSV data sheets and they have a Tags column. I need to be able to import tags.
5) I need User Access controls on three levels:
level 1) Admins who can do everything
level 2) Group admins, who can see and edit all contacts in a specific group of contacts, but can not see contacts that are in other groups.
level 3) Users, who can only see specific contacts that the Admin selects for them. They cannot see any other contacts.
Also, only Admins can export data. All non-admins need to have every possible export capability blocked.
I am sure that as our company gets begins using CiviCRM and testing it they will want even more things customized. I need to know that you have the experience to customize CiviCRM to our future needs, and also available for support in case we have trouble. Obviously, you will be compensated for your time.

Requirement 4 (ability to import tags) is no longer required. As this was the most complex thing to program, and is no longer needed, please adjust your bid accordingly.
