CREATE EASY CAR AD MANAGEMENT

1. Ready templates for each make model and year
2. Area with all Car Makes
3. Drop down Menu for model and year
4. Ability to add new makes models and years to existing database
5. Ability to work on blank template
6. Ability to change exiting templates background color or text color with one click
7. Ability to upload Pictures
8. Ability to edit exiting text on templates
9. Ability to insert on each new add engine size ,Wheel size ,tire brand, Color
10. Drop down menu for sedan, coupe, convertible, or SUV
11. Ability to submit the existing ad on eBay or related websites
12. ability to track each dealers ad and postings on ebay for billing
13. Ability to send invoice to each dealer with total ads total amount on a monthly basis

JOB DESCRIPTION

We have exiting ads that we do manually and I am looking for something more automated so it can save us some huge amount of time

Step 1. Create Make and Model Templates with our exiting lay out that we have

Step 2. I wood like to able to Create New template and add on our exiting template database .Every year there is new car models and makes .So I need that future

Creating Ad

I need area for the all the makes after select the make there is 2 drop down menus with model and year after select all the areas the template from database will pop ready to add

Then will select from drop down menus engine size, Wheel size ,tire brand, Color and Drop down menu for sedan, coupe or convertible or SUV

It will be areas for each picture so we can able to upload new pictures

Then he will able to edit exiting text on template for review

Or move around the exiting layer

After is done with ad he must able to save the ad and after he saves the add will automatically pop on inventory page on he is own website. The inventory page will capture title of the ad and certain specifics including 3 pictures and automatically post..

I want them to have ability to submit same add to eBay and our own website for dealers with 1or 2 steps or any other sites we are planning to add in future such as autotrader or cars.com.

I want able to add edit or delete new users

I want to able to track each users listing and send them invoice on end of the month

I want the script to able to work after we provide some kind of verification key
Or file I do not know how this exactly it work

This will be installed on multiple site s or more and it will be ongoing work. We will give you new work with existing script integration.
