Description
I'm looking for someone that has already written or can develop a De-captcha API (DLL or functions) with, at least, 80% recovery rate. The API must be thread safe and, basically, will receive a image (GIF, BMP or JPG format) and return a string.

Please, on reply, tell me more about the solution characteristics like language details, if the solution will be delivered with or without the source code, and nay other relevant information.
