Problem
You are to write the code for the longest common subsequence (LCS) problem from the chapter
on dynamic programming. This is algorithm LCS-Length(X, Y). You may also find it useful
to code the Print-LCS(b, X, i, j) algorithm. Your program should do the following:
1. Prompt the user to enter the character sequences, X and Y.
2. Compute the LCS and display
a. the value of the LCS and,
b. the solution.
