I'm looking to have a Friend Adder site designed specifically for BlogTv.com members. This site should work very similar to the many myspace friend adder sites like candyadds.com and like the stickam friend adder site here: http://stickam.iloveadds.com/

It should have a VIP page where visitors can sign up under a fee schedule, pay automatically via paypal and then be automatically featured on the main page after payment for the day and time they designate.

Blogtv.com members can then add blogtv friends and also view each profile if they want to. If possible, I'd like to have an "live" indicator next to any members whose shows are currently live when a visitor visits the friend adder site.

Also, VIP featured profiles should automatically be removed from VIP when their payed for time expires. The automatic operation of featuring as VIP and removing from VIP cannot be overly stressed. It is important the site work this way or it won't work with the fast paced format of blogtv where live shows start and stop at all different times.

Also any cool ideas the winning coder might have will be seriously considered. But basically the site would work very similar to the various myspace friend adder sites out there but only for blogtv.

Budget: $300 - $400

IMPORTANT: I have three requests of this project.

1.) I require you to quote me a specific time when the project will be done.

And

2.) I will NOT provide a deposit or any advanced money. I will pay when I have seen and accepted the finished work. The reason for this is because I have been burned by web designers in the past who have taken my deposit money and never delivered a finished project.

And

3.) I will be given resale rights to the script.
