Description
Need research/we/clerical assistance in publicizing our blog. This is an ongoing project and will continue until complete. What we need is the following person who will:

• Send a personalized email to the owner of specific blogs. All blogs are in a particular specialty area. The email will politely ask the owner of the blog to review our blog. We will also ask that they link our blog to theirs.

• Collect and data entry basic information from each blog visited into a Excel spreadsheet

• Email the spreadsheet back to us on a daily basis

The person selected will use their own computer to compose the email but will use our email server configuration for the actual mailer. No bulk mailing or bulk mailing programs is allowed. Each email will be personalized.

The email will be more or less standard but will require the person to enter in at a minimum the name of the blog owner and the name of the blog. The person will not have to answer any email responses. (See the attachment for the data layout) We will handle that portion.

We will provide the initial set of blogs to visit. The selected person will contact each blog owner as discussed above and then each of the blogs linked in the main blog. This process will continue until all the blogs and the links to the blogs have been visited, owners contacted, and the blog is cataloged.

After the initial set of blogs are exhausted the selected person will gather other relevant blogs in the pre-specified specialty area. We believe there are 1000’s of blogs in the specialty area of interest to contact. In essence, the person will following the ‘blog roll’ until it is completely exhausted.

IMPORTANT: Since we do not know how many blogs there are, it is important that the bidder should specify how much they will charge PER 100 BLOGS contacted. If you believe that it can be done for a flat rate please specify in your response. The project will continue until all blogs and their owners have been contacted.

Remember this is a simple job. It really is just point, click and paste. No program ability of any kind is required.
