Description
Am looking to hire a developer to build betting website for my Jumpshot application.
I already have images of how the website should look like and how it will work.
The device to link to website is call JUMPSHOT and is already developed.
Jumpshot is a device which makes pictures and displays numbers on the picture.
How Jumpshot works: When a user slots in a coin, the computer will prompt the user to fill in a form for user ID.
As soon as the user ID is created the system will create a folder on that user name and the Jumpshot device will be activated to take pictures for 5 minutes.
Now all the pictures made within the 5 minutes will be stored in the created folder and that folder can only be accessed by the owner with the ID.
The pictures made by Jumpshot has figures like "Rank #1 speed 600mph etc on them. These pictures are automatically stored in Jumpshot server so that the user can access the picture from any computer anywhere.
NOW the website job for JUMPSHOT device:
The Jumpshot web system should be like this. User creates account or log in to home page.
For a user to upload pictures from jumpshot server they have to log into the server with the ID they created on the device and the folder created on that ID will be shown to them.
User takes a picture/video stored in that folder and fill in form and click submit. The picture thumbnail will be displayed on the home page.
Any new user who clicks on the thumbnail will be directed to a profile to view bigger image of the picture and read about the person who uploaded the picture.
This profile page has "bet button" under-neat of the picture. When user clicks on the "bet button" I want the site to give them form. User will fill the form and upload picture from jumpshot server if they have ID and click submit.
The site will send a message and link to the early user.
The early follows the link to see the second user profile and a picture.
If both user agreed to play a match, the site will give them a link and a reminder to upload pictures within 24 hours.
After 24 hours the link will go off. But while the link is still active, the users will have to click on it and it will give them a form to help them upload pictures from their folders on Jumpshot server.
When user upload the pictures from jumpshot server, fill the form and click submit, the picture will be emailed to their opponent.
NOTE: the opponent can not view the picture unless they submit their own picture to. If the system confirm both opponent have submitted pictures to each other.
When players click "submit button" I want the system to calculate which picture has the highest figure in "Rank" and display that picture on the owner's profile.
This means that the picture and the profile picked by the site has the better score.
This is the basic thing I want the website to do. There is also a payment integration system as well on this site.

Is it that I need to perform OCR etc. Rest most of the features you had described are standard web features and I can do that with ease.
