Description
Bid Amount Variable -- Give me your best estimate.
We am building a web page where someone can go online, fill out an input document and output a bar grievance against an attorney. We have an input document that looks like the document will in the output form, except the section on the statement of facts will grow or shrink depending on the answers the person gives to a questionnaire attached as a link. The attached questionnaire has input areas for the person to explain each response that will then be inserted into the output document.
We need the completed grievance form to be downloadable by the user and to be put up as a web document with the name of the attorney in the title of the page. Also, only the name of the complainant will be posted on the web page with no contact information for the complainant.
This is just the first in many such projects we have planned. The questionnaire is the American Bar Association Model Standards converted to a questionnaire. we need to allow for customization of the questionnaire and the database. The questionnaire will go to the basic elements of a violation by the lawyer. Once the basic system is up and working, we will be collecting all the sanctions filed against lawyers and sorting those by standards violations, then setting them in as sub-catagory questions.
In the second implementation, the text areas will be changed to check boxes that will take the user to a page containing questions about all the things attorneys can do that violate that particular standard. we need the basic grievance form working first, then we will need an application that will let someone with minimal word processing and internet knowledge edit the application. Since things in this area are constantly changing, we need to be able to be able to edit quickly and with a minimum of training for the user. we only mention this as a consideration in the development of the first part so that we do not have to go back and re-do what we have done to accommodate where we are going.
The third implementation will create a malpractice suit that the user can download, sign, and send. In order to implement this, we need this first implementation to anticipate the complexity to follow. We need the system as simple and elegant as possible, and and as humanly inutative as possible. You will notice the naming convention in the attached database. The naming indicates exactly where the particular sentence is located in the statute. We need all the naming conventions, where possible, to be such that a not coder can look at the name and understand its significance without a lot of documentation and explanation.
We need more than a coder. We need a project designer. We are building an electronic expert that will encompass, not only every aspect of law, but most every expert field. We will accept more than one bid on this project as we are looking for competence in coding, language skills, management, and growth potential. We need someone who can grow with us so that we do not have to keep doing what we are doing now. If you do not think you can grow with us, please, do not bid on this project.
Price, at this point is not important other than an evaluation tool. Give us your best estimate.
