13. Already indexed and cached by Google, MSN and Yahoo within last 30 days
14. Free; not on paid sites
15. Coming from relevant pages
16. From web sites related to: adwords management, adwords bid management
17. From pages with a PR4 or better. Not just from web sites with a PR4 index page
18. From search engine friendly pages, i.e. no redirects, cloaking, framed pages, etc
19. From well established and fully developed web sites; not ones still under construction.
20. From high ranking sites verified by Alexa

Not Accepted:
1. More than 20 outbound links on each web page where the link is placed
2. Excluded by robots.txt and the anchor text must not contain the rel=nofollow tag
3. Sites that require ongoing payments
4. Sites with scraped content, mirror sites, link schemes and sites overrun with contextual ads, popups, intrusive advertising, etc.
5. Blog comments, ping sites and links within newsgroups
6. Links from guestbooks, blogs, classifieds, dynamic inks, link farms, link-exchange programs, forums, directories, articles submission, Free For All websites, hacker, pharmacy, illegal, gambling, pornographic or generally black hat sites
7. Redirects, JavaScript links, hidden links, Flash sites/pages, or other unethical or black-hat tactics
