Description
Automation of eBay auctions from our website administrator area as followed:
1. On BulbAmerica Admin, in the Products section – when you choose an item you’ll get the attached screenshot. I need to add a NEW TAB by the name of eBay, where every product will have the option to be listed on eBay as an Auction/Buy It Now/Store Item.
2. Auction name (with ALL eBay rules like length…)
3. EBay Price - as a default a % discount from the website price OR overwrite with a fixed price.
4. On the Product Page, I should have a checkmark with an attached drop down menu. If the box is checked the system will read the drop down menu for one of the following: Auction/Buy It Now/Store Item
5. Number of items to be listed
6. Numbers of days to be listed (1,3,5,7,10)
7. Shipping Method - with the options for Fixed Shipping or using OUR website shipping calculation via UPS. Weight & Dimension for every product we already have in the product page.
8. Availability of shipping for Domestic (52 states) or international.
9. Checkmark (checked as default) for “Best Offer”.
10. Automatically charged Sales Tax from NY customers (8.625%)
11. Optional Shipping Insurance – as a fixed price.
12. Payment will be fixed and ONLY by PayPal.
13. The images will be taken automatically from the database of the images that the website admin already have OR we’ll have a checkmark to OVERRIGHT the website images with NEW eBay images. In this case the system will allow us to upload new images using our upload system. We use GALLERY IMAGE and we ALWAYS use as a default the MAIN IMAGE.
14. What You See Is What You Get Editor (WYSIWYG) that we already have for the product description.
15. Choose where the product will be located in our eBay store categories
16. Choose where the product will be located in our eBay categories (from eBay list)
17. Choose from eBay attributes (like New/Used…)
18. The auction will NOT be launched is there is NO STOCK AVAILABLE – the stock quantity for every product is listed in the product page in the website admin.
19. We need to be able to list an item on eBay as an Auction AND as a Store Item.
20. Use a default template when creating a new Auction/Buy It Now/Store Item.
21. By default adding eBay hidden counter for our statistics.
22. Preview an Auction/Buy It Now/Store Item before saving the page on the admin.
23. Calendar to schedule What days and What time in the day to run the Auction/Buy It Now/Store Item
