Description
I\'m looking for someone who is extremely familiar with Asterisk setup and customization. Our goal is to use X-Lite softphones to connect to our hosted asterisk server using a ViaTalk VOIP Account. Asterisk and FreePBX are running on the server but we are not able to connect from X-Lite.
Once both outbound and inbound phone calls are working, we need to integrate Asterisk with SugarCRM. The developer also needs to be familiar with up Dial Plans and defining least cost routing tables. We would like to manage call flow with FreePBX which is already installed.
We are looking to integrate a hosted SugarCRM deployment with our hosted Asterisk deployment so that when a Sales Agent makes a call from his calendar or activities list in SugarCRM using the firedialer, then the record of that call as generated in ViaTalk will populate the record of the call in SugarCRM. Also need to create a management level report so that management can see all calls and their durations made by each agent in SugarCRM.

The SugarCRM click to call would be implemented by integrating the SugarCRM Patch detailed below.
Aterisk Integration
This patch will enable you to add Asterisk outbound dialing into SugarCRM.
Simply install the patch using the Upgrade Wizard then configure the Asterisk settings in the Configure Settings section of Admin.
You will also have to add an extension value to each user.
Once configured, all users with an extension value will have a phone icon next to contact and account telephone numbers. Click the icon will dial that number from their phone.

Additional Requirements to merge the Proffessional and CE instances of SugarCRM:
Telephone Sales Structure.
Two types of phone sales agents (User Types) created in Sugar CE which can be duplicated into unique instances of each user type representing individual agents; will be identical except for user type. 1. Cold Call 2. Scheduling Agent
Flow of info;
1. Purchase or otherwise acquire sales lead data in a certain spreadsheet format. Import to Sugar CRM Professional Edition A. Must be checked against No Call List. B. Parsed or otherwise sorted into usable sized lists and distributed amongst cold call agents (using Sugar CRM CE) ***must be system in place to make it impossible for two agents to have the same lead .
2. Agents make calls and present product to potential clients. Depending upon the outcome of the sales presentation the leads must be appropriately annotated to avoid calling the same lead twice;
Example of lead status annotation (must be an extra field level entry in the data base created when input into CE)
A. not interested (lead is marked no longer valid)
B. Interested, like to talk later, schedule follow-up call, (Lead is marked scheduled for follow-up)
C. Would like to schedule session (lead is marked Sale Successful) In the case of a successful sale an automatic e-mail should be generated including all the available lead data and time of sale, which can later be compared to new accounts created and sales processed in order to assure consistency.
3. At the end of shift cold call telemarketer must initiate a process by which leads are returned "annotated" (with the extra DB field) to Sugar CRM Professional edition to update master leads DB. 4. Statistical information must be stored about every call made by an agent. These entries must be be generated in such a way that the information can be transfered to the Professional Version Sugar CRM to utilize the forecasting and reporting features available in the paid version. Statistical Information should include; Record of all calls each including original lead info as well as following specifications; number of calls made per (any amount of time)(by individual agent)(by all agents) time spent per call (any call)(average time per/ total calls)(average time per/ individual agent) Script # used in any particular call number of sales made by agent number of sales made in any particular amount of time number of sales made at any particular time of day Number of sales made to any particular area code
Must be a system by which Professional Edition Sugar CRMs statistical functionality is utilized. Must be Professional edition in order to maintain proper accounting and forecasting information.
Telephony Requirements. I’d like to see an integrated multi-line VOIP system in which lines can easily be added or subtracted, running in conjunction with our sales agents, that would allow for the transfer of calls between the two types of agents, and allow for incoming calls to be fielded by the appropriate agent based upon rules of availability that can be changed. The Telephone sales agents should be able to view their list of leads and simply click a lead and the call should be placed, as the call is placed a option box should be displayed allowing the annotation to be selected from the three options detailed earlier, also a text box for notes. In the case of a sale the automatic email should produce a template with the lead's info, which is directed to an email of our administrators choosing. In the case of a sale by a cold call type the call should be able to be transfered to a scheduling agent type who will complete the sale using other softwares and create a new client account in the SugarCRM Proffesional.
