Description
We Needs it Like Paltalk , BeyluXe ,,, you can join and see how it works ..
We are don’t needs any program Build on netframework or other to run the project
During development process you will be responsible to report me the daily process of your progress on the chat system.
The the Chat Software Must have same Administrator Controls and must be very similar to Paltalk's client, as well as its Kicking, Muting, Banning features must be very much same for Users.
invisibility, Muting,Kicking,Banning ,profiles,(multiple forms),multiple staff levels with corresponding powers and ability for upper staff to restrict user access to certain rooms.
I must be able to host advertising, change nick name colors, room colors, groups colors, all these premium services will premium. Basic users will get a free black colored nick name and will have no webcam capability, and will see advertisements.
The users that are selected as \"Premium\" members and nicks are blue green or whatever color, the administrator of the chat system (I) must be able to have the feature they stop seeing ads and will have full motion camera features.
The Groups (Rooms List) must be very much like Paltalk rooms must be able to be searched from the group list window and same tree solution
You will be responsible on how you will manage your time, to find documents, notes and samples from the given links to finish the project and will deliver a complete fully satisfactory project.

Some Points help you for make the project of TalkinTalk :
1- In the main messenger there should be only two categories Online friends and Offline friends in users list
2- Status messages should be online, offline, busy, away, invisible, Show Rooms I
am in and custom massage. This will display the rooms a user is chatting in so the contacts
3-When some one comes online or goes offline the User name should blink as in Paltalk. And use a brighter Icon for online and a dim for offline contacts as in Paltalk.
4-There can be a maximum of 6 nicks for pc
5-Enable Stretch/shrink room (size).
6-The rooms should work like Buylex but the appearance should be like Paltalk. By appearance mean the way the web came works, font, color etc. ( in Buylex webcam icon comes with the user name it should come in our program too)

7- Mederator room Can Give Bounce .. reddot text .. reddot Vedio . reddot mic and can give ban from his /her room .. can change the welcome massage in the room can give to admin @ for his/her friend in the room ….
