Description
We are creating dynamic config files for virtual host and upon creation of the conf files the Apache needs to be reloaded.

Both the steps are happening fine with the process we have, but its not reflecting on the access part. When we try to access the newly created virtual host it says page not found, but once the Apache is reloaded manually it works fine.

We need to have a person who can help on this to identify the issue and rectify the same.

FYI : We have a same set of things for another process which is happening fine without any issues.
