Hello, I am in the process of designing a website for my company.
My company is called " The Anopenmind Group" and we are primarily an event coordination and promotions company. We are a start up company and have a limited budget. A new logo – preferably a symbol representing my company
About us/ Mission/Community (on the same page if possible)
Sign up - (area where clients can send us their e-mail address and feedback/questions)

I must be able to update the Event listing page’s pictures and text along with the newsletter by myself. So I will need something built so that I can upload this myself. The site must be flash with a lot of movement: Here is a list of sites and features that I like:

You will encounter a street with a girl and things light up as you roll over them etc…I love this.
(check out the events - this is how I want my event listing calendar to be built) – I must be able to update this area myself with text and flyers.
I love everything about this site and I would like to have something similar.
I love the division at the beginning with Corporate and nightlife.

This is a start up business and I can only pay between 150 – 200$ Canadian dollars for everything included.
