Description
We need an AJAX web 2.0 application.
In this prototype, ONLY the client side needs to be done - all parts which would normally require server-side interaction should be mocked with dummy data.
We will have a preliminary wireframe of how the application should look like. During the bidding phase, a main picture will be available on request. Some improvements on top of the colored wireframe to make the application look \"nice\" is also within the scope of this project. It\'s also expected that some parts of the application are active, e.g. with some drag and drop, coloring, expanding, showing some panels, scrolling, etc.
The functions of the project is about media management:
- upload pictures (multiple files with progress notification)
- show pictures in timeline, coverflow, and flat list views
- another list of files on search and some checkbox filters,
- create albums; navigate them on a left-hand tree; drag & drop move of pictures across albums
Non-functional requirements:
* GWT or JQuery need to be used
* project must work in IE 7+, FF 3.x, Chrome, Safari
* would be great if it can leverage iPad touch-screen platform
* must contain reasonable javadoc/comments
* Server side will be Java-based, so it's better if the UI has an example of working with Java server.
Payment after finishing the job AND sending us an invoice (electronic invoice is enough).
We expect to receive complete source code of the application, as well as exclusive copyright on it.

Refining the requirements:
- We need to finish the prototype asap -- preferably under 10 days.
- The project will be milestoned (preliminary design pictures will be provided) and paid accordingly. The selected provider will need to show a demo, get paid for milestones finished, and check in the code.
- Front end will be built with JSP and jQuery, so no PHP
- The system will be potentially used by a million of users in a shared environment, if you know any CMS can be used for it, definitely recommend one.
