Description
Having seen similar projects posted on GetACoder.com we would like to invite providers to bid on our project.
Looking for an Adsense ready profitable website to be developed that makes roughly 1,000 - 2.000 Euros per month. Or- at provider\'s discretion, this could also be a news or forex aggregator site, which will make the project a lot cheaper, (though this would also decrease any potential Adsense revenue).
Godaddy is our own preferred hosting company, but the domain name can be suggested by you and be SEO friendly and be well searched keyword phrase.
You will be responsible for writing the SEO optimized content, fully configuring and updating the website. Possibly Website must be developed using latest version of WordPress.
Site MUST adhere to the following:
- Contain unique content with at least 10 unique posts/articles - Must be original – Content must be SEO optimised with high LSI weight. However - it goes without saying, that if aggregators are used then content does NOT have to be unique.
- Created on latest wp platform
- Any niche except adult, Pharma, violence, gambling or sites or niches that do not comply with Googles Adsense TOS.
- All copyrights will be assigned to profect owner
- Must contain related images to niche topic
- Design must be neat and optimised to attract people to click on the ads
- Welcome to add any related CB products as long as they do not distract from Adsense ads too much.
- Site must not contain animations
- Visitors must come from unique organic traffic sources – (NOT bots or paid services, etc.)
- Must be Adsense optimized
The bidder should consider the following points:
* Inform how to direct and increase traffic to the website.
* Show proof of income from previous projects, wherever possible, including unique visitor counts, and/or other relevant info.
* Show me some of your previous website/blogs that you already created (that must not be your own)
Initially we will only accept one bidder who gives the best price and who also gives the best proof that sites of this nature are possible. (The winning bidder, subject to being able to achieve the said goal(s) can look forward to future work).
Any comments, queries or questions are welcome and as far as aggregators are concerned we can supply some urls of sites, themes, appearances we like the look of- good bidding!
Please do not bid if you lack the experience for this kind of project, or if you have no positive reviews. Also, if your bid is greater than stipulated, please explain why. Thank you.
