Description
I'm looking for someone/company that can develop (and at times provide maintenance when needed) a website that is basically a combination of sites like youporn,redtube,pornhub. We have already purchased the clipshare video script that supposedly is the same as pornhub's engine. It's not needed if you can design a better platform. I will want to ensure this platform/website can endure heavy traffic and has a lot of thought put into the spam, security, hacker, and bot protections. (example: I want to use ReCaptcha for all the captcha's.) . We will need the person/company to Design Logo, Design Website, Program anything that is required, Install everything on server, and make sure site is running safely and securely. From there I will want to know that if I need anything done you or your company will be able to handle such, with appropriate fees of course. Below I have included many other more specific details:

Homepage, Video play page, DVD's(Affiliate Page), Live Cams(Affiliate Page), Categories, Community pages (to include all pages like profile page, setting up profile and so forth), mobile web pages, upload pages, Web Page Suggestions page, 2257, DMCA, TERMS, Contact. Back End Admin pages. And if I left out any please be sure they get built.

Needs to be centered (like pornhub). I like the way redtube has the thumbnail change out with clip of the screen when the mouse rolls over youporn's is to small I think. I want a more WEB 2.0 look with this site.( I.E look at pornhubs community section looks so texty and boring.. and seems they have no ad capability in there.) Looking to use the colors that we used in our coming soon pic. Slingporn.com (which is the name as well.) I like the way youporns home page has an ability to search the videos with new videos, top rated, most viewed and has subfilters below that, I would like to incorporate that into ours as well just design it differently© ad space will the same is pretty much everything else is the same just give it a good look. Also need a suggestions area.

Uploading and 2257 compliance, terms and conditions, etc
I like redtube's concept. But I'm open to ideas.. Just be sure I have a webmasters ability to upload material. I also want a way to be able to add videos myself in bulk so something in the backend that will allow me to add say hundreds of videos with titles. In many different formats to include direct copying FLV files without any conversion needed.

Video Play Page,
I like pornhubs video player and page better than the others I'd say but Just take alook at the three and compare features you think would be right, as well as incorporate a comment board for the videos but be sure we are using the coding for the recaptcha so it's bot free. I need the same ad space as you normally see in the other sites. Also I want to incorporate a flagging system so in the admin panel I will see the highest flagged items and can deal with them appropriately or be able to set a filter where if so many flags come in then it automatically flags it. But I want exclusive control at first. This flagging system should include all the normal user submitted visible material that spammers usually target. I'd also like my community to interact with the video pages like pornhubs does.

I'm not much of a myspace or facebook user myself but I know the importance of the community being together. Pornhub has a community section but like I said before its to text and boring looking. I would like a web 2.0 look better functionality for the users. I'm open to suggestions and would also like alittle bit of ad space in a cpl places. I want to be sure that there is a lot of abilities to change things in the backend.

Mobile Web Page - *Need something on thing homepage to tell users about it. *
I want a page devoted to mobile web users, so it's simple and quick to load. So basically when a new video has been approved (ALL Videos WILL NEED TO BE APPROVED) after it has been uploaded then it needs to be converted not only for the normal web user but also for the mobile user, it will also cut back on the bandwidth needed since they don't require that many pixels any way.

That's pretty much all the changes I can think of I left out all the small stuff since it just need to be redesigned around my look. Just be sure the admin area is safe and secure and contains many, many different options and that all links are SEO friendly and that all search engine bots will navigate accordingly.
