Adult Tube Script
Main page
Two sections of thumbs:
1. Most Recent Uploaded Videos
2. Most Popular Uploaded Videos
3. Watched Right Now & Latest Updates ?
We will have the typical sections such as, most recent, most popular, highest rated, categories, tags, etc. Underneath each video will be the usual info such as video name, length, date added, rating, number of comments. Each video will be tagged for multiple categories and we want to have an alphabetical list of tags like at the top of http://www.tetty.com/ with all random sizes so they stick out.
The layout of the main page needs to be completely customizable so that we can change the placement of ads, thumb sections, top lists, tags, etc. If possible, we would like to have a tag template engine, for example, if we want a certain banner located somewhere on the main page we can just place ##banner01_SiteName## or ##sidebar01_Sponsor##. Same would be done with content sections, such as ##most_recent_videos## or ## popular_videos##.
Users
Users will be able to sign up as a member of the site for free. This will allow them to rate videos, add videos to their favourites list and share their video playlists with other members. Also if possible create a playlist where the videos they choose will load and play back to back automatically.
Webmasters
There will be another type of account for webmasters and pay site owners, where it will work like a paid partner account. They will be able to upload their videos and add 1 banner/text link to promote their site. Good example of the text link would be something similar to this http://www.crocotube.com/videos/young-and-slutty1/ and the text Get Full Video at Mikes Apartment. They'll have a section in their account to view and manage all of their uploaded videos and they can delete them at any time.
Search
We need a search function that people can search for keywords in the video title name and category, if possible, I'd like this to be done in AJAX where if you type in a word like "Ass" it will show recommendations such as "Asshole" or "Ass Fucking" etc...Maybe these recommended keywords could come from previous searches. Very good example for this would be http://www.google.com/webhp?complete=1&hl=en , although they do not allow adult keywords but you should get the idea of what we want to accomplish.
Import Videos
We want a very simple way to add a lot of videos, so if possible, we would like to have a default directory to upload .flv files. For example, we would have a directory as domain.com/videos/ and we could upload a directory inside it, so domain.com/videos/name_of_directory/. When we log into the admin area, we want a section where we can see the new directory and all the .flv files inside of it, along with the videos image. For each video, we want there to be a spot for us to put in the title, description, category, which advertisement group or site it belongs too, etc...
Thumbnails
The thumbnails will have an animated preview of the video when mouse over the thumb. The thumbs need to have an option to make custom thumbs, so when we upload the video we want the option to choose if the script makes the thumbs automatically or if we can upload 1-5 preview thumbnails for the video. If there are five thumbs, we want it to take them and make the animated thumb automatically. If we decide we can have great thumbs like CrocoTube.com, but our thumbs will be animated.
Maybe if possible, when the users roll their mouse over the video while it's playing, a tab will show up that covers half the video with an ad of the pay site sponsor, and if they click the ad, it would open in a new window and take them to that ad/pay site. (ex. http://ca.youtube.com/watch?v=aMtQjnsoD8c)
In the settings we need an option of URLs like this: URL before video URL: and URL after video URL. This way we can skim traffic off those clicks to the videos. A good example of this is on http://www.porndweller.com/ where the user would get 7 times out of 10 clicks the video and the other 3 times he would be redirected to a different site.
Video Page
Again we want complete control of the layout with template codes and the video page to be completely customizable like the main page. The advertisements we want to have organized in the admin area. We want them all organized by category, so all videos under the amateur category, will have all the advertisements as amateur banners/text ads or whatever we set them as.
There will be a related videos section on the page, underneath the video will be all the typical information and the related advertisement for the pay site the video came from.
Surfers will be able to choose to add video to favourites, report/rate/download videos.
