IMPORTANT, I don't want any of these : - NO link farms, link-exchange programs, NO BLOGS, NO FFAs, no banned sites by Google, NO ILLEGAL/SCAM/SPAM sites, No adult sites (porn), no classifieds or pharmacy or stocks or mortgage, gaming, forums, guestbooks, web directories, religious extremist, frame site, political, dynamic links, black hat links, JavaScript, flash links, graphic, link farms, link-exchange programs, nofollow, etc. No free websites like Geocities tripod etc.etc
Project Description: EXTERNAL LINK BUILDING
1. No directory listing links, One link per domain only, Links should come from different C-Class IP's
2. Links must be on dot.com/dot.net/dot.biz/dot.org/dot.us/dot.uk/ dot.ca/ dot.de sites
3. The page my link appear on must have at least 30 inbound links
4. Links must contain target anchor text (keyword/keyphrase)
5. Links must be static and direct using anchor text and title tag
6. No "sponsored" links, advertisers, links, ads or similar
7. No sites using dynamically generated links, MouseOvers or other PageRank-hoarding tricks
8. Links must be in different text combinations.
9. All links must be visible and readable. (no hidden links please)
10. Link Page should be navigated directly from the sites homepage, but never below 3rd level navigation
11. We require one way dofollow non reciprocal static links only (no reciprocal links will be accepted)
12. Links should contain the target keyword/keyword phrase (we will supply the target keyword/keyword phrase) as text in the link anchor text hyperlink.
13. Link pages must be permanent and static (not dynamic with query strings)
14. Links must be permanent, static html links and never expire.
15. Links must be in text, no graphics
16. Links cannot be from framed pages.
17. Links cannot be through a JavaScript.
18. Links cannot be through a redirect script.
19. Links cannot be from Flash based sites or pages.
20. Links cannot include a rel=”nofollow” tags, robots. Txt blocking, framed or clocked pages
21. No links using any automated techniques or black-grey hat techniques of blog comment spam, referrer spam or ANY other shady tactic.
22. Linked sites must be 'live' and active. (not under construction).
23. Links should come from high ranking sites verified by Alexa, under 200,000.
24. No sites that require ongoing/recurring payments (no monthly bill)
25. No Scraped content, mirror sites, link schemes and sites overrun with contextual ads, popups, intrusive advertising, etc.
26. No fishy link from: guestbook’s, blogs, classifieds, dynamic inks, link farms, link-exchange programs, forums, directories, articles submission, Free For All websites, hacker, pharmacy, illegal, gambling or generally black hat sites.
27. Links must not be labeled, sponsored, links, ads or similar.
28. Links must be manually submitted ONLY. No use of Automated software (e.g., Zeus, Arelis or others)
29. We reserve the right to cancel any link if not found suitable. The page our link is placed on must be for 75% PR3 or above, and the other 25% PR5 or above. (NOT JUST THE MAIN SITE)
30. Link page must already be indexed and cached by Google within last 30 days.
31. No links from fake PR pages
32. Link page must be search engine friendly, i.e. no redirects, cloaking, framed pages, etc
33. Links must be on pages with 20 outbound links at most.
34. Only links that relate /relevant sites - to topic of "Hospitality" or "Hotel" with decent traffic will be accepted
35. Links must be in different text combinations.
36. Links must be listed / indexed in corresponding PR SITE and PAGE
37. Links should not be listed, illegal and other offensive websites (spam, ban, or blacklisted).
38. No forums, directories, blog comment submissions, guestbooks or classifieds links.
39. Links should not be posted and or participate web directory or in any commercial link exchange programs/ web rings/ link farms/ exchange programs. i.e linkpartners.com, LinksToYou.com, backlinks.com, gotlinks.com, linkstoyou.com etc. The old co-op advertising sites are no good as well.
40. No links from .info .us website domains or cheap domains.
41. The links must be from websites in English or German language sites only.
42. Links from websites that already link to our site will not be counted.

We are looking for a provider in Eastern Europe & Asia, Philipinnes, Sri Lanka or India for an SEO project. You will be responsible for creating and managing our Google Adwords campaign &&&& build-out a 200 one way (non reciprocal) permanent link building campaign, with staggered deployment of the links is required to avoid any penalties, max 40/month on a newly (9 months old) created website. I have a Travel related PR5 website (Alexa:929,342)
Your job will be promote my site with different promotion methods and get quality one-way and reciprocal links. I need a responsible person who will work for me from February 1 2009. For the first month, I will pay via escrow through GAF after links have been verified and subsequent months will be via paypal every 3 months. Quality links are a key. As Such only when I am satisfied, will the payment be issued. I reserve the right to reject sites that do not meet my terms and will require you to add suitable replacement links.
