Description
I have a website (back office and front office) running with Flash/SQL/and .Net
Video are actually plaied with download, I would like to move to Flash Media Server 3

This will require Action Script2, SQL (mainly) the .Net part could be done inhouse :

He is the Job :
Upload video
Filling a questionnaire about the content on the video that create tags on the video
Playing the videos using FMS3
