Hi
I have work with group to do We have done our presentation at the class and my section is Structure
however my friends have (Marketing and seals -leadership management -division ) so i need know write the report 1000 words about my structure however my report shouldn't be what our presentation was and what is talking about its about how we did by group of course you dont know about what we did just write like you were me because i dont have a time and the deadline after 24 hours i have pasted some information about it:
my teacher message:
1: You are required to be in a group of at least 3 and no more than 5 people
2: Devise an IT-based organisation that you would like to own/run/manage in “real life”. This can be any size you want, or even a department/division within another company and MUST be involved in any aspect of IT. You can chose any sector: manufacturing, retail, service or research.
3: Describe your organisation in terms of the following:
Organisational structure
Organisational culture
Management/leadership style
Employee reward system and motivation
Decision making process
4: Give a 15 minute presentation outlining the details of your organisation. Each group member MUST give part of the presentation.
Over-long presentations will be penalised.
5: Each individual group member must submit, in writing, 1000 words analysing their contribution to, and experience of working in their group. This must be analysis based on a theoretical framework, not merely a description of what you did.
