Pavé Life is redefining how consumers can experience luxury for less. We are looking for a seasoned veteran developer to join our team and be responsible for the maintenance and evolution of our e-commerce platform. If you have a yearning to proactively affect change and drive growth through creative ideas and execution, you may be the perfect fit.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Enhance existing site and test enhancements
• Use findings from user research to create designs that satisfy user goals and optimize engagement.
• Work with our design team to both develop and implement wireframes, visual comps, and process flows
• Continuously improve products by optimizing business performance and user satisfaction
• Lead brainstorm sessions
Required Qualifications:
• Has a Bachelor\'s degree
• Has 5-8 years of online e-commerce interaction design experience
• Has an expert working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web standards
• Has an expert working knowledge of HTML for email
• Has a strong understanding of the latest web technologies and their capabilities
• Is an expert in usability engineering practices, information architecture, and taxonomy design
• Can manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Collaborates effectively with designers, product managers, and developers
• Loves tackling new challenges
• Digital portfolio required for consideration
