jv_read.php   is the PHP-program coder has to write for us.
              (we term this program as RELAYER)

jcollect.jar  is our J2ME receiver-program which the coder has to coordinate
              and also adapts the installation with us
              (see "more requirement" on page 2)

How the application is started :

From SENDER the "start"-mobilephone using the call-method shown below:

On the PHP-side  <--coder's expertise(or any method thought as best suitable)

on the J2ME-side <-- jcollect.jar
installation part using either dynamic/static registration and
by doing adjustments in the jcollect.jad
(Pls note: coder does not have to write the J2ME application :just give us 
           the installation-instruction(steps) using J2ME Netbeans 5.0)

Having study the project up to this point,please send us via GAC a PM saying:

NB: if coder does not send us such a PM as suggested above,we do not consider
