WAP-push and using Http: protocol:
  to send a <string>
from the PHP-program which coder will write for us 
(call it jv_read.php)
to one or more mobilephone numbers as a "http-text message".
Jv_read.php has to convert the <string> into a http:text message.


The "Receiver"-mobilephone will run on J2ME-platform where a receiving J2ME-application
(call it jcollect.jar)
will be uploaded to the "Receiver"-mobilephone and
this jcollect.jar will be activated/started by the "Receiver"-mobilephone's
 event manager
when the http-text message (<string>) sent by jv_read.php
arrives at the "Receiver"-mobilephone.
i.e. 
the http-text message(string) has the functionality 
to start the jcollect.jar-application on the "Receiver"-mobilephone 
in order to read the incoming http-text message.
