I need someone who can create me a sample code that allows call CreatehpBURSChange method of a SOAP web service with an attachment.

Web service uses basic authentication (attachments are MTOM format).

There are 3 parameters to be passed (Subject, TemplateID, Description). It would be nice, if these parameters could be configured (no graphical interface is needed).

Code preferable in C# - WSDL URL you can find in attachment.

There is one change... the WSDL that supports MTOM is

I have tried to add a request manually with SOAPSonar, it works...

Requirement: C#, dotNET 2.0, WSE 3.0 (Web Services Enhancements 3.0)
