Instruction for RSVP form 1. Please ensure the backgrounds for all of these forms are fully customisable to display a picture of my choice and the fonts can be changed to any of my choice. 2. After a successful submission form number 2 should be displayed. 3. After an unsuccessful submission form number 3 should be displayed. 4. On RSVP form 1, text areas "NAME, EMAIL, PHONE" will allow alpha numerical digits to be inputted. . 5. On RSVP form 1, areas "ACCEPT and REGRET" will be tick boxes where only one tick box or the other can be selected. 6. On RSVP form 1, areas "WEDDING & RECEPTION, WEDDING ONLY, RECEPTION ONLY" will be tick boxes where only one tick box of the three can be selected. 7. On RSVP form 1, area "No of guests attending" will be a numerical input only between 01 and 99. 8. On RSVP form 1, area "Response" will allow alpha numerical digits to be inputted. this area does not have to completed by the guest it is totally their own choice. 9. On RSVP form 1, area "PRINT, RESET and SUBMIT" will all be buttons with the labelled functions. "PRINT" will take the guest to choose their printer and print the document. "RESET" will allow the guest to "clear" the form and start again "SUBMIT" will allow the guest to send the inputted information vai email to the bride and grooms email address. 10. On RSVP form 2, area "RETURN TO INVITATION" will take the guest the main area of the project. 11. On RSVP form 3, area "RETURN TO FORM" will take the guest back to form1 to correct any mistake in their detals 12. On RSVP form 3, area "Can you please complete the highlighted areas below" will contain a list of all mistakes entered on form 1.
